James Ippolito has been selected as a finalist for the Graduate School’s Master’s in Four thesis competition. James will be competing against a group of his peers on February 25th for monetary prizes. Participating students will have four minutes and four slides to present their research to the judges.
James is a master’s thesis student at CHS in Nutrition & Food Sciences. He is studying interaction between unabsorbed iron in the gut and the severity of Salmonella infection. You can see his presentation titled “Can Iron Supplementation Worsen a Foodborne Infection?” at the finals…
