Human Sciences Celebrates WearRedDay!

February 7th is national “Wear Red Day” and Human Sciences students, faculty and staff gathered on their front lawn to help raise awareness for American Heart Month. Heart disease is still the number one killer in the United States and research shows that strong social support makes getting regular physical activity, eating healthier, reaching and maintaining a healthy weight, and quitting smoking easier. Share this with your friends and family this month and help support a healthier future.
