Milestone forms, handbooks and other resources for current master’s and doctoral students are located on the departmental Graduate Resources websites.
Please note that faculty members advise graduate students on research and courses. Our office is a resource for general guidance and support. We are happy to meet with you in-person, by phone or via Zoom. We generally accept walk-ins. At high volume times, we will schedule meetings.

Graduate Student Opportunities
CHHS Presentation Program (Travel Award)
This program is designed to assist master’s thesis and doctoral students enhance their professional development by presenting their research at professional meetings both in the U.S. and internationally. Applications are accepted three times during the academic year. Please refer to the current year’s program to see if you qualify. The program is contingent upon available funds and is announced at the beginning of the summer semester each year. No late applications will be accepted.

Reimbursement for Less Travel Expenses Than Entitled

CHHS Dissertation Award Program (DAP)
The College of Health and Human Sciences “Dissertation Award Program” provides support through a grant to doctoral candidates for the completion of their dissertation. Funds may be requested for expenses directly related to dissertation research. Proposals are accepted in both the fall and spring semesters. Please view the program’s criteria before applying.
